I. Return Eligibility
Acceptable Returns:
Non-artificial performance failure within 14 days of receipt.
Significant discrepancy between the received product and the order description.
Damage incurred during transit.
Inability to use normally due to product quality issues.
Non-Returnable Items:
Beyond the 30-day return period.
Products not purchased directly from this website (hoowalt.com).
Damage caused by user modification, disassembly, or improper operation.
Products with obvious signs of use (e.g., normal wear on buttons).
Returned packages not containing all items originally included.
Customized products or special order items.
II. Return Process
Step 1: Submit Application
Send an email to service@hoowalt.com.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, attach relevant photos or videos as evidence, and state whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
Step 2: Await Approval
We will respond within 1-3 business days.
Additional information or remote diagnosis may be requested.
Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be sent to you.
Step 3: Return the Product
Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.
Use a traceable shipping method. After shipping, please send the return tracking information and number to us (service@hoowalt.com).
III. Refund Details
Refund Method:
Refunded to the original payment account.
Processing Time:
Within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refund Amount Calculation:
Full Refund: Product quality issue or shipping error.
Partial Refund: Product is repairable or has minor defects, subject to mutual agreement.
Return Shipping Cost Responsibility:
Seller-related returns (e.g., product quality issues, damage during transit, incorrect item shipped) will have return shipping costs borne by Hoowalt.
Buyer-related returns (e.g., buyer changed mind) will have return shipping costs borne by the buyer.
IV. Special Notes for International Orders
